Live chat messages are shared with the Citevia team through Telegram. Website chat history expires after seven days; Telegram copies may remain longer. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Storage and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, and Telegram for live chat delivery. These providers may process information outside your country. Enquiries are available only through the protected administration dashboard.
Retention and requests
We keep enquiries while needed for the business conversation and related records. You may ask us to review, correct or delete your information through the contact form. Identify the enquiry without including unnecessary sensitive details.
Browser storage
Live chat uses session storage to maintain your conversation in the current browser tab. The administration area uses a secure session cookie for sign-in. This website does not include advertising trackers by default.
